- This programme has been designed with an objective to familiarize participants with various phases of the project development cycle. The formulation, design, implementation, evaluation & close-out phases of project are covered in detail. The participant is expected to learn the use of network techniques in project management, develop an appreciation of the tools and techniques for effective management of project teams and understand ways of controlling costs & time in projects.

Course Schedule
- 3 hours on Sunday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM IST

Eligibility:
- For Indian Participants
- Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institution.
- Working professionals.
- Corporate Nominated (Graduation criteria may be considered for exemption in cases where participants have some prior experience in Project Management).
- For International Participants
- Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institution in their respective country.

Assessment:
- A minimum of 70% attendance to the LIVE lectures is a prerequisite for the successful completion of this programme. There may be periodic evaluations built in throughout the duration of the course. These may be in the form of a quiz, assignment or other objective/subjective assessments as relevant and applicable to the programme and are designed to ensure continuous student engagement with the course and encourage learning. While the results/feedback on such assignments will be provided, no consolidated mark or grade sheets shall be distributed to the Participants at the end of the course.
Pedagogy:
- The primary method of instruction will be through LIVE virtual lectures that will be beamed online via internet to desktops/laptops of students or classrooms. The lectures will be delivered by eminent faculty from IIM Rohtak.
